近日，由蓬莱民营企业超硬复合材料有限公司历时3年研制成功的TYD-1250型受电弓纯碳滑板顺利通过省级专家组鉴定。经科技查新，该项滑板填补国内空白，价格是进口碳滑板的1/2，是我国干线铁路电力机车受电弓滑板的升级产品，也是进口碳滑板的国产化替代产品，各项技术性能达到国际同类产品的先进水平。
　　碳滑板是电力机车关键零部件,目前我国高速电力机车滑板绝大部分从国外进口。近年来，我国电气化铁路建设有了长足的进步和发展，电气化铁路年需碳滑板近百万条。蓬莱电弓纯碳滑板项目的研制成功，对降低铁路运营成本，延长铁路电网使用年限,保证电力机车安全运行等方面具有重要作用。
