预脱浆炉（电子级玻璃纤维布预脱浆生产线）
Pre desizing furnace (pre desizing production line)
采用热处理法去除浸润剂（淀粉型），将玻璃纤维布上的浸润剂、浆料在一定温度、一定时间内使其分解炭化和去除。处理后的玻璃纤维布的外观是茶褐色，仍保存浸润剂残留量为0.2-0.4%，保留强度为70%。为了达到浸润剂少而又有较高的保留强度，还必须再处理，进入分批热处理阶段（焖烧炉）。
Heat treatment method of removing infiltration agent (starch) is used to  breakdown and removal Glass fiber mat of the infiltration agent and sizing agent in a certain temperature and a certain period of time.The appearance colour of the glass fiber cloth after processing is dark brown , but it also preserves 0.2-0.4% of infiltration agent residues and its retained strength is 70%.It must be disposaled again that enters partial heat treatment phase(burning furnace) for reducing sizing and improving the retention strength.
