塔体：瓶型设计，减小阻力，玻璃钢材质优良，色彩鲜艳，表面胶衣树脂内含有抗紫外线剂，耐老化，强度高，重量轻，耐腐蚀。

填料：采用改性耐温硬聚氯乙烯（PVC）波片高耐温50℃，或聚丙烯（PP）高耐温85℃。波片增加了凸筋，水的再分配能力强，空气阻力减至较低，有效延长水循环与冷却风在水塔内的接触及热交换时间。

布水器：利用水的反冲力自动旋转布水器，布水器外壳由ABS或铝合金制成，装有不锈钢球轴承，运转灵活可靠，水头低，不睡均匀。

风机：根据冷却塔参数设计的低噪音，高效率风机。

电机：专为冷却塔设计的低噪声节能电机，密封性能好，耐高温，效率高，噪声小。

进风窗：装有百叶网片，减少飘水，空气阻力小，特别适合北方地区及全年都需要使用冷却塔的设施及单位。

支架：所有风机、填料、进风窗、塔体等处钢支架为装配式，涂漆防腐或者热镀锌处理。紧固件都采用镀锌螺栓

使用说明：

1.不应安装在四周有外墙或者密不透风的地方，应该保持塔体与外墙的间距。              should not install a wall or airless places around, spacing should keep the tower body and the outer wall of the.

2.基础应水平不能倾斜，冷却塔中心垂直于地面，否则影响布水器及电机的工作。

3.应避免安装在煤烟灰尘较多及有腐蚀的地方。塔顶部不能用气焊，电焊及其他明火，以免发生火灾。

4.配线应该按照设备技术标准及电力规范正确地进行电机的配线工作，使用适当的热继电器，交流接触器，保险丝以及开关装置。

5.应检查点击接线端子是否拧紧。即使只有一根电线松动，也会造成电机的单相运转，以致烧坏电机。要十分小心。

6.启动时先开水泵，后开风机，检查风向，风晚上为正确。停止时先停风机后停水泵。

7.保持水塔内部清洁，定期做水质清除。

8.冷却塔作为重要的冷却设备，应有专人负责管理。

9.冷却塔如有异常声音应立即停机，进行全面检查，直至排除故障。

10.每年至少应进行一次休机检查和维护。维护前应切断电源，并有专人看护电闸，以免发生意外。
