·伺服电机（意大利菲仕品牌），永磁伺服电机采用新一代稀士永磁材料。
·压力流量双死循环控制，根据系统所需要的压力和流量，实现精准、快速控制。
·位移精度控制在 ±0.025mm，压力精度保持在 ±0.5bar 范围内。
·节电率：30%-70%。
·电液伺服系统采用双死循环控制，液压油无溢流功率损耗，油温不易升高，无需
冷却器冷却液压油，同时延长液压油的使用周期。

·Adopt double endless loop to control Pressure and flow,high accuracy and
fast control the pressure and flow according to the system requirement.
·The position accuracy up to ±0.025mm, the pressure accuracy is within

·The electro-hydraulic servo system adopts double endless loop to control,
it has no overflow power loss for the hydraulic fluid, and the oil temperature
is not easy to rise,do not needed cooler to cool the oil,also prolonged the
service lifetime of the hydraulic oil.
